The Path of the Good-Hearted is Difficult

Good hearts always carry a heavy burden. I know you are very tired, and your worth has gone unrecognized. There is no end to the sacrifices you have made, the kindness you have shown, and the injustices you have endured in return. You could not express yourself, you were not understood, and I know you have always been left alone. Despite all your good intentions, there is no logical explanation for the loneliness you have experienced. There is no end to the roads you set out on with such enthusiasm, the lives that were beautified only by your efforts, the interests for which arms were opened to you, and the hypocritical people you have encountered. I know you are deeply hurt and wounded. But there is no use darkening your future with the regrets of the past. Do not be sad because you have no harbor to take refuge in, no one who understands you. Don't you know that a good heart always carries a heavy burden? Those who walk the right path can never find ease in this world. Even if you wanted to, you could not be evil; you could never knowingly hurt anyone. You are good-hearted through and through; you are human through and through. Let everyone experience what they deserve and live with what they have caused others to live. Beautiful people have no other prayer in this world but this.
