Destiny does not give up on people. It is rewritten again and again, moment by moment. There come times when you do the thing you said you wouldn't do, endure what you said you couldn't bear, love what you said you couldn't love, and suddenly leave when you thought you never could, and say you are dead yet somehow keep living... On this long journey into the unknown, a young Sufi in search of something and a young girl of confused mind have nothing to rely on but their destinies. After wandering from city to city for seven days without money, food, clothes, or—most importantly—any plans, they return to where they began, and nothing is ever the same again. Could a person really change in just seven days? Could destiny be rewritten? Of course, everything could change in just seven days... Just as a reed in the marshland becomes a "ney" capable of producing soulful sounds after passing through seven stages... (From the Promotional Bulletin)
