If I were to come back to the world again, I would still be a TEACHER!
The events in this book are the unforgettable stories from my 25-year career, experienced with my students. Although there are minor changes, almost all of them are true. The poems are the stories poured into verses.
The story “Every September is a Beginning” was awarded in the “Hasan Âli Yücel Literature Awards Short Story Competition Among Teachers,” held nationwide.
The story “Every Touch is a Hope” was awarded in the “Teacher and Hope” themed story competition among teachers held on the occasion of November 24 Teachers’ Day.
The story “The Sweetest Familiarity of Memories” belongs to my childhood and is my gift to my students.
The contribution of Hatice, one of my students who is now a lawyer and appears in the story, with the passages describing those years is highly commendable. I am proud of all my students.
This book is dedicated to all teachers and students with beautiful hearts.
