Hello;
I thought we could embark on a journey together through these lines, dear readers. Let us share in the emotions, excitement, love, hatred, and every adventure of our fellow travelers.
Some journeys begin and end in a small settlement in the land where we opened our eyes to this world. We pace back and forth within this rather small circle. Sometimes it is a monotonous life. Sometimes the experiences we live within this tiny circle are more valuable than the memories gained from a lifetime of striving around the world, turning our lives upside down.
I invite you to join me in singing the song of a journey filled with wonder, joy, and sorrow, traced along the zigzags between the lands where people were born, the places they lived, and the areas where fate is constantly changing.
During the process of composing this song, I am grateful to my teachers who inspired me, the newspaper articles I read, radio and TV news, my neighborly aunts, my relatives, our local grocer, my taxi driver brother with whom I had meaningful conversations along the way, the friends I chatted with on the go at the tea garden and in the park, and of course, my most precious family—to everyone, good or bad, who has entered my life.
Until we meet again in goodness, kindness, joy, and good health…
